All officers need to memorize these codes for (( IC /)) radio communication.

10-Codes
10-1: All Units Regroup - Location (If No Location given Dispatch will assume last location)
10-2: Shots Fired - Location (If No Location given Dispatch will assume last location)
10-3: Stop Transmitting (Commence Radio Silence)
10-4: Roger (Understood)
10-5: Please Repeat last Transmission
10-15: Suspect In Custody - Name
10-20: Location
10-22: Report In Person - Location
10-57V: Vehicle Pursuit - Location
10-57F: Foot Pursuit - Location
10-60: Requesting Vehicle Description
10-61: Requesting Suspect Description
10-70: Non-Emergency Help Needed
10-70E: Emergency Help Needed
10-99: Situation Concluded

Special Codes
Code 0: ALL UNITS RESPOND (Lights and Sirens)
Code 1: Attend when ready (no Rush)
Code 2: If busy attend when ready (Without Lights and Sirens)
Code 3: RESPOND NOW (LIGHTS and SIRENS)
Code 4: Situation Under Control

Status Codes
Status 1: On Duty
Status 2: Off Duty
Status 3: On Break
Status 4: Patrolling Area - Area Location
Status 5: Responding No Lights/Sirens
Status 5E: Responding with Lights/Sirens
Status 6: Arriving on Scene
