Sean Archer - Admin abuse/nonrp

Admintration involved: Sean Archer
Incident: I went to pull him over, he refused to comply, i already had my gun out, he then decieded to lock doors and drive off, i opened fire, he jumped out, without looking doors. He then tried telling me that i never rp'ed and he did

He has driven some people away becuase of his abuse. After i got kicked, Jamie said that he spammed slap so he couldnt screen anything
